MC Assistant is an application developed to facilitate product commissioning for installation personnel. It also offers IT teams a tool that complements their testing and development environment for solutions incorporating RFID technology.

Visibility and configuration of reading behavior

The incorporation of an RFID solution must be done at different levels. When incorporating this technology into an industrial process, the IT department needs solid tools on which to operate, test and fine-tune the products that make up the ecosystem. MC Assistant provides a reading console from which to configure each parameter, giving the team the visibility it needs to successfully complete the RFID deployment.

In-store assistance for MYPLAY retail products

As specified in the table at the bottom of the page, MC Assistant is compatible with Myruns products that use its RFID modules as the engine, this means the family of Point Of Sale readers designed for operation in fashion, food, etc. stores.

MC Assistant offers front-line store personnel a simple version of the application from which they can control the product without complications.
